The YA-Series are a trio of Vocal Synth characters produced by STUDIO OGIEN and The MellLabs for UTAU. These siblings are the children of AXIS OG06 of the OGIENOIDs and Yaron of the Melloids. As such, they are considered derivatives and are not officially labeled as OGIENOIDs.
The YA-Series offer a unique set of voices fit for various genres of music. Each character possesses a single Japanese Voicebank, each with a distinct tone of voice and differing accent.
The three YA-Series children were born to AXIS OG06 (of the OGIENOIDs) and her husband Yaron (A MELLoid created by TheMellwis/The MellLabs). AXIS OG06 and Yaron met when they were young teenagers, and AXIS OG06 has had feelings for him ever since. For about a decade or so, she kept quiet, as the two were incredibly close friends, and he was in love with his friend and colleague Carmine. At some point, Yaron realized that he also had feelings for her, proclaiming that she was the only woman he had ever, or would ever, love. The two dived headfirst into their relationship, moving quickly along to marriage and, later, children.
The YA-Series came about due to AXIS OG06's ability to carry children, a unique feature created for her as an experiment. No one was 100% sure if it would work or not, but because she so desperately craved for the human experience with the one she loved, AXIS OG06 was very willing to try. After Artemis was born, the experiment was deemed a success, and AXIS OG06 strived to have more children, as she enjoyed them immensely. However, the couple would stop at Lyra, as they were afraid having any more children would kill AXIS OG06.

Artemis comes from Greek origins. In mythology, Artemis is the Greek goddess of the hunt. AXIS OG06 chose this name.
Gaia's name comes from Greek mythology. Gaia is known as the personification of Earth and is considered one of the Greek primordial deities. AXIS OG06 chose this name.
Lyra's name also comes from Greek origins. The meaning behind the name is "lyre, harp". Lyra is also a constellation name. Yaron chose this name.
The three children are very active with their families.
